Easy Custom Order Quote Request Form

Use this form to order stationery with your specific designs (graphics, images, themes, etc.) or in quantity much smaller or larger than the standard quantity order posted for each item.

*Please Note: Depending on the "other" stationery type ordered, we will
 let you know whether or not we can process your order. If yes, turn around
 delivery time may be longer if we have to special order some supplies or
subcontract part of the tasks before printing.
QUANTITY (ORDER SIZE) RESTRICTION/LIMITATION*
Paper Follies specializes in small orders. This allows us to give
premium personalized 1 on 1 service to our customers. We can
however accommodate larger order size (up to a certain size)
of selected items. If ordering in quantities significantly larger or
smaller than the listed standard order quantity of an item, make
sure to indicate the quantity desired below. We will contact
you promptly with options about your order. 

* NOTE:  Due to custom regulations, additional quantity restrictions
may apply for items to be shipped outside the USA
 
Color Printing*:
My order will require printing with black (this includes grey shades) ink only
My order will include at least one  (1) or more color other than black
*Any order that includes at least one (1) color other than black is a "color" order and will be
priced as such. This principle applies because the color printing process mixes basic colors
to produce other colors therefore may involve usage of several primary color ink cartridges.

NOTICE ABOUT ORDERING CARTOONS:
  1. If you plan on ordering cartoons for this custom order, you can do so AFTER you pay the quoted amount for this order. This is because cartoons are customized and purchased separately via a different order form.
  2. The cost per cartoon person is 60 cents(US) each and the maximum number of cartoons per stationery varies with the type of stationery (read about limitations here)
